President of Jawaharlal Nehru Centre for Advanced Scientific Research (JNCASR), GU Kulkarni, said the water level rose to a height of one metre inside the campus. Equipment worth lakhs have also been damaged.

The flooding is actually becoming a very big problem in the country and I hope the country soon finds a solution with this ever increasing problem.
