5 Things no one told you about startups

When you start a Startup, everything has to be done by you. Starting a Startup is not all anything you now, primarily because startups not a traditional business. In my previous post I have already told you startups are very different type of business that requires more than just your business skills.

A lot has been spoken about startups and how you can create a Startup all of a sudden but the truth is it is not as easy as it may sound.  There are people who are trying very hard to succeed in startup but you know as I told you it is not a very simple thing to do and people feel more often than anything else. The reason behind this is many people have very less idea about how things can go wrong.

Lot has been spoken, much has been talked, and even more things have been written about startups but there are things that nobody told you.

If you are careful and observing the ecosystem of startups, you will have a closer idea but if you are just on the outside of the ecosystem of startup its very hard for you to catch up.

Here are the things that nobody told you about start up and I am telling you about in this blog post. Try to Grab as much as you can. Good entrepreneur always learn from someone else’s mistakes

#1 You have to carry your own baggage

One of the most important aspect of starting a Startup is how you carry your own baggage. This is very much possible that when you are going out with an idea to start a Startup, nobody else will understand you on the starting. All you have to do is to continue carry yourself and your idea in your own mind. The best of the best ideas dies when they fail to find a carrier.

When you are starting a Startup, be ready to carry your own baggage. In this case, the baggage is not something that can be seen by others but it is something that you only can see and feel.

Most of the times, your idea will not be considered worthy enough unless you have a solid backing. Sooner Or Later you will get your waxing but this is not the time when you get the backing. This is the starting phase and during this phase be ready to be the only one who carries your own luggage.

#2 Be ready to get rejected!

Now as you are out in the market with your idea to make a great startup, one thing that will come handy is, be prepared to listen no!

Just because you understand your Idea and see a great Fortune ahead, doesn't mean that others will be on the same boat. It is very much possible that you will get rejected. Or if I can say in other words this is 100% sure that you will get rejected few times before you get your big success shot.

During the time you get your ideas being examined by people might or might not invest in your startup idea, you have to be ready to get rejected.

If you are not ready to get rejected, most probably you cannot meet it big. No great thing in this world has happened without failing at first. If you think your idea is the next great thing, do your part and get it failed.

Failure makes you humble, failure makes you stronger and most importantly failure makes you future ready!

#3 You need money!

I think this is really hard to hear, but its a fact. You need money to get a Startup. Possibly, you don't really need a million dollars but you need some money to start. If you think , your startup has what it needs to become a billion dollar company, you can ask more money after registering some profit or showing some spark, but in the start you have to start with some money.

Don't listen to the people who says that you don't need money to start up. Turns out, you need to have some money some real hard cash to start with your startup.

On my website, I don't sell ideas that doesn't have any physical possibility. I want to tell you first hand if you need something, and I am telling you that you need some money to start.

At the same time I'm telling you that it is not really very hard to get money to start. I will talk about it in some other post but for now just understand that we need at least some money to start.

#4 People are not as they appear!

This is one another very hard thing to understand and swallow. People are not always as the appear.

Startup is all about money and money corrupt souls. People will try to take advantage if you are not careful. People will show their true colours when you need them.

When you decide to start something, please know that not everyone is your friend. Not everyone is ready to invest their hard work in your dream. People want their profit and this is a real thing. People are not afraid to cheat each other in order to get some real hard quick cash.

I don't know much about his stories and rumours that run around the starting of Facebook, but people say that Facebook was not actually started by the person we know today. And I am not gonna explain you in deep but I want you to understand what I really want to say.

Be careful, who do you call a friend in the startup ecosystem.

#5 Just starting is not enough!

You have a nice idea, you started with some money, you got a great team. Everything is on the right track. But that's not enough!

You can't just sit back after starting your stuff. You need to keep your dedication for your vision and a dream. Many people start many things, not everyone makes it to a billion dollar. Very few of them can make it to the billion.

You know who makes it to the billion dollar? The one who keeps going! Just starting is not enough. Keep going! Startup never cease to grow!
